Beachfront Apartment Rentals

The York, located at 2 York Street in OOB, offers beachfront apartment rentals only feet from the ocean! We recently performed a FULL renovation on this beautiful oceanfront property to offer the best in summer time comforts with fantastic views.  Out front, there are two picnic tables with BBQ Grills and seating on both private decks.  Each unit has a private entrance and two off-street parking spaces.  Enjoy the ocean breeze or utilize our central AC system on those hot and humid days.

We supply the bed linen and toiletries; customers must provide their own towels. The laundromat is just 1/2 mile away.

Both units can be rented out at the same time, giving you option to have access to the entire property. We have a 6 guest capacity limit per unit.

RATES:  July & August: $4,300 – $4,500/week plus 9% tax, per unit.  *Rates vary in June/September

CHECK-IN:   4:00 – 5:00 PM (Unit may be ready before this time; parking may be available before check-in time)

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM

RESERVATION:  50% deposit required + $500 refundable security deposit

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations 90+ days prior to arrival will incur a $100 fee; 60-90 days prior: $1,000 charge; Under 60 days:  forfeiture of deposit.

Sorry, we do not allow pets or smoking in the unit.

We have two apartments available:

Unit 1 – First Floor

This unit includes 2 Bedrooms with 3 beds total; BR 1: One queen and one Twin. BR 2: one queen. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room, fully stocked Kitchen with Dining Room, Bathroom with stand up shower, Sun area and Large Private deck.

Unit 2 – Second Floor

This unit includes 3 Bedrooms with one Queen Sized Bed in each room; including a Master Bedroom that has its own private deck access and ocean view, a fully stocked Kitchen, small Dining area, Bathroom w/ bathtub/shower, Living Room and private Deck.
